In response to the recent novel coronavirus outbreak and for better prevention and control, members are encouraged to work at home if it is not urgently or necessarily required during this critical period. In addition, the Centre will cancel all public events and venue use activities until further notice. Thank you for your understanding, support and cooperation. In order to reduce the risk of spread of diseases, all personnel (including all staff and members) entering the Centre must comply with the following guidelines with immediate effect:
Implementation of measures:
All units should check with your team members if they left Macao during the Spring Festival holiday upon resuming work, and should take the following actions:
- 1. All personnel entering the Centre must wear masks, pass security temperature monitoring, and make health declarations. Persons with fever or respiratory symptoms and those without masks will be advised to leave and seek medical treatment;
- 2. All personnel entering the Centre must observe personal hygiene, especially hand washing frequently, covering the mouth and nose with a tissue, sleeve or the inside of your elbow when coughing or sneezing, and keep the Centre clean;
- 3. All personnel should minimize the chance of physical contact with others due to work needs;
- 4. Try to make appropriate arrangements in the work environment, such as rearranging the working hours and positions of related personnel to temporarily avoid working in densed and confined areas;
- 5. The Centre should be notified immediately if any person is quarantined in the regions with epidemic;
- 6. All members should pay close attention to the physical condition of its employees. If there are fever, cough and sore muscles in the same work team, they should immediately report to the Centre, suspend work and leave for medical treatment.
